Thank you for choosing us for your special day in paradise. To reserve Hawaiian Ceremonies's professional coordination services, we require a 50% Non Refundable Deposit required for booking. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to date, no refund. Client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to music, dancers, flowers, site fee, cake and catering. Unless special arrangements are made with Rev. Alalani for payments. Full payment is required a minimum of forty-five (45) days before your event date, or all payments are forfeited.
After securing your date and time, You may pay via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through our online PayPal system. Or you may send a check or cashiers check. Please call if you would prefer to you're your payment via mail or make final payment on the Island. Balance due paid on Maui must be in cash. Additional deposits or fees may occasionally be required to secure special locations and other service providers. You will be advised of these requirements, should they apply before booking date. Client is responsible to aquire permit for beach weddings over 25 people.
State of Hawai'i tax (4.166%) will be added to this transaction. Requests for a change in date or time may result in additional charges.
We suggest Wailea or Makena for ceremonies and photo shoots for they have considerably less rain than other areas of the Island, as well the beaches are more pristine and less crowded. However, tropical weather conditions are unpredictable and beyond our control. For outdoor ceremonies and receptions in public locations Hawaiian Ceremonies has umbrella's or will make alternate arrangement or additions or re schedule in case of inclement weather.

Hawaiian Ceremonies reserves the right to change prices without notice. Hawaiian Ceremonies does not assume liability for acts of God, weather, nature or accidents resulting from the actions of clients or human error. Mahalo nui loa (Thank you very much) for choosing Hawaiian Ceremonies!

Court fees
Attorney fees
Collection agency fees
Payment for time spent on attempts to collect
10 percent interest on balance due compounded monthly.
